| Conditions for using your credit card online: |

- We will not accept orders with a PO. Box for the member address.
- A valid telephone number, either fixed line or mobile, is essential on the order form, as we may telephone if there are any issues with your transaction.
- It is essential to enter your email address on the order form. We will not accept orders where your email address is from a free web based email service. The email address must be from an ISP where we can track the owner of the email address if required.
- The purchaser's name must be the same as the cardholder name, except if you are a registered corporate customer.
- We do not appreciate fraudulent credit card transactions and will do all in our power to pursue and prosecute any parties attempting fraudulent use of credit cards. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction, where we suspect that a credit card is being used fraudulently. Our credit card gateway provider applies a number of checking methods to eliminate the potential of fraudulent transactions.

| Your Credit card details |

| When you complete the membership form, your credit card details are sent to our credit card payment gateway provider, we do not store them in our member database. We receive a truncated version of your card details back from Eway.com.au with the transaction record. This removes one of the biggest security risks of online transactions. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Under the conditions of your credit card, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of a fraudulent transaction. |

| If you are not happy with your Cityfood Growers paid Gardener subscription, you will be eligible for a full refund, so long as you notify us of your intention to claim a refund within 14 days of the commencement of your membership. As at the date a refund is paid, you are no longer authorised to access the Cityfood Growers paid member web site. |

| Gift Gardener subscription: |
|
Gardener subscribers of our web site can easily buy a subscription as a "green" gift for a friend. Login to your subscriber account and click on the Gift subscription link in the My account box on the right handside. Complete the form, make payment and the Gardener subscription information will be automatically sent to your friend. Their subscription account will then be ready for use.

| Bonus Offer: |

If you have received a bonus code from an organisation known to you, you will be able to get a discount on your first 12 months Gardener subscription. Once you are logged in as a Free trial subscriber or a Free subscriber, click on "Become a Gardener subscriber" and in the payment form, enter the bonus code. If the code is valid, ie it is the right code and is not expired, then the code will be accepted and your subscription payment will be reduced by the percentage discount on the bonus code. The normal Gardener subscription rate is $49. If you are an organisation wanting to value add to your customer or membership base, please contact us to discuss our bonus code platform.

| Renewal: |
|
| Your Gardener subscription lasts for 12 months. When your subscription expires, it will revert to a Free subscriber until such time as you choose to renew your Gardener subscription, by simply clicking on "Renew Gardener subscription" in your My account box after login as a Free subscriber. The secure renewal form will ask for your credit card details and once the transaction is processed, simply log out as a Free subscriber and log back in again as a Gardener subscriber. |
